The Fram Museum On this 5 hour tour by coach bus and boat, you'll enjoy a 40 minute visit to the Oslo fjord, see the Kon-Tiki Raft, the Norwegian Folk Museum, the Viking ships and the Vigeland Sculpture park. The Oslo fjord is Norway's most popular recreation area. It's considered a national gem and is encircled by the country's most densely populated area. In the summer the Oslo fjord comes to life. Each of the islands in the innermost part of the fjord has its own identity and distinguishing history. Norwegians have a strong and close relationship with boating, and this is evident in the Oslo fjord. In the summer there are boats of all sizes on the fjord. Attractions along Oslo fjord include: the Fortress Town of Fredrikstad, the Fredriksten Fort in Halden, Prehistoric Relics along the Highway of the Ancients near Skjeberg, the Naval Museum at Horten, the Viking Mounds of the Borre National Park and Tønsberg, the island and skerries of Nøtterøy and Tjøme, and the Whaling Museum at Sandefjord.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center. The Kon-Tiki Raft Kon-Tiki is the raft used by Norwegian explorer and writer Thor Heyerdahl in his 1947 expedition across the Pacific Ocean from South America to the Polynesian islands. Norwegian Folk Museum The Norsk Folkemuseum is Norway's largest museum of cultural history. With collections from around the country, the museum shows how people lived in Norway from 1500 to the present. Vigeland Sculpture Park Vigeland Sculpture Park covers an area of 80 acres and displays 212 bronze and granite sculptures created by Gustav Vigeland. Vigeland also designed the architectural setting and the layout of the grounds with their far stretching lawns and long straight avenues bordered with maple trees.
